Obesity poses a significant risk to health as it is a risk factor for many diseases, such as heart disease and type 2 diabetes. In this article, we will discuss the relationship between obesity and some chronic diseases.

Causes of Obesity :

1.Unhealthy Dietary Habits:

Consuming large amounts of unhealthy foods, such as fast food, soft drinks, and baked goods containing refined carbohydrates, fats, and sugars, results in large amounts of calories that accumulate as fat in the body.

2.Lack of Physical Activity:
